We went to NYC to see the JERSEY BOYS!!! It was AMAZING and I can't wait to go back and see it with my mom soon! I have to admit, I wasn't expecting it to be THAT good. I would have picked Wicked or Mary Poppins or a bunch of other things to see first. I am soooo glad the girls picked Jersey Boys. I can't even express how great it was. I highly recommend this show for people of all ages (except children - it had a bit of bad language - quite a few F-Bombs were dropped)!!
It was my first time on a train!!! The conductor was so nice he let me have my picture taken with him and "punched out" a little smiley face on a ticket for me. It was fun and yes, I know that I am 35 and not 12 yrs old :)
It was suppose to rain all day so we were all prepared with umbrellas, but Mother Nature was good to us and we only had to use them once and the rest of the day was just foggy and soggy!
Our view while we were in line to get in....the line was around the corner!
Poor El got a bum ticket for the subway and couldn't get through the turntable thing!!!
How many BTBOE employees does it take to get El onto the Subway?!?!?!
The "Subway Man" in the shiny reflective vest came to our rescue and let her come through the special gate.....Yeeaaahhhhh....
Me and Adrienne.......
Whenever my sisters come to the east coast, they always make an effort to get to NYC. They always tell me about this great bar that they go to called the Pig 'N Whistle. So I was shocked when we arrived at Langans for dinner and I looked across the street.....what do I see?!?!? My sisters FAVORITE bar in NYC.....what are the chances??? I wish they were there with me.....I miss them sooo much.
